Brilliant service by Bruce as per usual. I waited for my MOT to be completed, which was done in the time, Bruce advised. Well what can I say, other than absolutely superb. To me you have to work damn hard to be perfect and I cannot fault the the team of customer service staff (Matt, Lydia, Dan and David) they are your first point of contact and you will be met with smiles and an eagerness to help in any way they can. The sales team (I have only dealt with Tom and Mo) but there are at least 4 other sales reps there to help you with either new and/or used car enquiries. I went this afternoon (22/08/24) to pick up my new Peugeot E-3008, Mo was my sales rep but also now a good friend, as with the customer service team nothing was to much trouble, I can’t thank you enough Mo. In fact being at Peugeot Stockport is like being with family. This is my second electric car, I reluctantly parted with my E-2008 for the much bigger E-3008 a beautiful car in every detail. I believe that electric is the way to go, it’s a no brainier really. I initially had a 3008 diesel which was costing me around £70-£80 per month. Since going electric, The most I have paid for a month’s worth of charging is £12.
