Excellent service all-round from ordering to delivery.Thanks especially to Lauren who went above and beyond helping me with I.T for PCP and the insurance change from my previous car.Our family currently own 4 cars all bought from this retailer. The best car experience Iv ever had dealing with Aaron at small heath. Fantastic and patient, I’m super indecisive with anything but when it comes to cars I’m even worse. Aaron never made me feel pushed into anything, and was able to answer anything I wanted. I also took my son in with me at one appointment and he built a fantastic rapport with him.
