Our car broke down and was taken to Stellantis & You, Brentford, for a diagnostic. It has been in the garage for nearly three weeks, and we were informed of an engine issue. Fortunately, Chris, who managed our case, was incredibly understanding and professional. He clearly explained all the possible steps to resolve the issue and made the whole process smooth with his friendly and approachable manner. Each time we’ve sent our car to this garage, it’s always been returned cleaned inside and out, which is a nice touch. Chris provided exceptional customer service—he was considerate, kind, and went above and beyond to help reduce our costs. Have had three dealings with the team over the last two months with my e208. Everytime, a warm welcome with a coffee, and even offered a quiet area to carrying on my day job (emails). My e208 was 3 years old and has been great motor to own but developed an air conditioning issue, which was promptly diagnosed and rectified. A really good experience overall.
