Initially they didn't have a car that I wanted to test drive, let me test a similar car. They then found the car I wanted to drive. Salesman was pleasant and helpful throughout and knowledgeable. The vehicle collection was smooth and they answered all my questions. They had serviced the new used car putting in brake pads, discs and two new tyres. They seem to want to please. I knew this dealership from working nearby and I must say that the purchasing process has been brilliant all the way through. They offered a fair part-exchange on my current car (with outstanding finance) and managed to tailer the monthly payments to my needs. I'm collecting the car on Saturday so can't comment on the handover but I'm sure it'll go perfectly well. Would 100% recommend and a massive thank you to Alex in Bristol! I'd also like to add that these guys have a nice chilled out approach and at no point did they try to up-sell or sign me up for unwanted extras. EDIT: The handover on Saturday went really well. The salesperson who was supposed to be doing it was busy with another customer but another colleague stepped in and went through all the paperwork. I also had a great demonstration on the car's features, controls and was shown where everything is under the bonnet (really useful for me). Unfortunately, I didn't get to spend too much time with the original salesperson (as they tried to reduce my delay) but I still had a great experience. I'm absolutely loving my 208 and love the Nera Black colour!Leave us a review
