Excellent Customer Service
The staff at Robins & Day are very professional and approachable.
The member of the team who dealt with me during their "golden ticket" event, Dan, Was able to get a car and deal that best suited my requirements and even managed to leave me £600/annum better off whilst walking away with a better car than I originally had.
No complaints from me and the team at Robins & Day have my full trust and confidence, I highly recommend them.
Had issues which were eventually resolved
Very nice and helpful pre buying the car but after sales extremely poor and disappointing. When I took delivery of the car I wasn’t given an owners manual and was told it would be e-mailed or sent to me.......several calls and over a month later and still no owners manual. I understood the car to have sat nav......no sat nav. USB port doesn’t work on the car. Eco mode on the car is erratic and best and because of the poor after sales service I have lost any confidence in the dealer resolving my issues. I have been made to feel that now I have bought the car, I am no longer a valued customer. At present I would urge caution using this dealer to buy your next car.
Update: Have since been contacted by the dealer and most of my issues have now been addressed and resolved. So it's only fair to update the review to reflect my satisfaction.
Just a pity it took effort to achieve a resolution!!!

The car was one of two I had decided on. All i had to do was find one that was in my price range (£6000.00). Robins and Day was that provider so don't be deceived by it being a main dealer.
One very courteous, professional and full and frank discussion with Adam and the deal was done, part ex and delivery agreed. I am now looking forward to my car being delivered in the next couple of days or so.
Thanks Adam for making it oh so simple.
