When I was there waiting for my car to finish the service and mot. 2 customers came to Mr Chris asking for a courtesy car for same day use. He is so professional handling this issue. Though the 2 guys did not get what they need, in my opinion it was well explained and very well handled. I could not help but put my 2 thumbs up on him. Excellent experience - had a personalised viewing online and little touch ups were done in readiness for collection on the 23rd December. Couldn’t thank Tim Farrow enough as he sorted out a last minute issue with the car so we could surprise our Son on Christmas Day. I had a very good experience with Robins & Day. The staff did everything they needed in explaining and educating me the right option that is beneficial in the future. Staff did not rush me and instead they took as much time as needed to make sure I understand & happy with my purchase. Staff presented very friendly, respectful and professional during the conversation. Love the way peugeot gives me a video of them servicing my car while explaining everything to me rather than me trying to work it out on a piece of paper the colour coded traffic signs to show me if I need to do something quickly or if its a years time etc. I love it and appreciate this way alot. My car was valated and best of all the car was collected and returned to me. Thank-you peugeot. Fully recovered your dealership to anyone who wants to be well looked after once you get your car.3 years agoHonest and professional
Honest and professional, as always. I particularily enjoyed the video of the mechanic checking my van and talking me through the work needed. While there are closer garages to my home, I always go back to this one, as I trust them. My family have particular circumstances, which the wonderful team understand, and they have never let us down.3 years agoTook my car for MOT
Took my car for MOT. passed with no problems. I left it too late when booking in, so missed out on the car being picked up and delivered. Car was valeted on completion. Staff courteous as always. Welcoming reception area with coffee , seating and toilets for those that want to wait. Only downside is the parking arrangements when dropping off and picking up. There seems to be a lot of cars in the designated customer car park. It's the same every time I visit no matter what time. Can't all be visiting on the day.3 years agoExcellent service 10/10
