Impeccable customer Service.

Excellent service from the staff (Russell Baker) who dealt with us, was amazing. His attention to details and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy us was impeccable. His (Russell's) customer service qualities was very glaring and excellent. He even went above his closing hours just to wait for us to come with the necessary papers, to pick up our car. Loving our new Peugeot SUV already, even before driving it.

Excellent service for my Peugeot car

Jamil, who served me on both my recent visits, is a polite, knowledgeable, approachable man, and he could not have been more helpful. He kept me informed throughout my appointments and it was a pleasure to be served by him. Both the service and the repairs that needed doing were quick while I waited. The customer waiting area is comfortable. My only criticism is the palaver everytime I go there to park the car.

Used Peugeot 208

We recently bought a used Peugeot 208 and dealt with Nova at the Wimbledon branch. The car was well presented and we are so pleased with it so far. The purchase was an easy and pleasant process, with Nova explaining everything clearly to us along the way. Great customer service, would recommend.

Fantastic customer service from James in the Peugeot service repair department looking after my van repair under warranty. Constant communication and great customer care, with a loan vehicle to get us by in our hour of need to keep our business functioning. A vast improvement from my previous experiences with this branch. 10/10

Excellent Service.

Just bought a used car from the Liverpool branch. A straight forward process, nothing too much trouble, no hard sell. Car had only just come in and had a few minor issues. Sean had these all sorted out quickly to an excellent standard. Great communication too. ????

Addy Malik and the wider team were excellent

Addy Malik looked after us from start to finish, and we havent nothing but praise for him. Super responsive whether by phone, in person or by email. Even on his days off he took time to respond. Also called the central helpline at Stellantis when it goes to overflow when no one answers at the Liverpool showroom - they were also excellent. So definetly recommend here, oh and my daughter is made up with the car and the condition it was in when we collected.

Nova was charming finding out what I was looking for without any pressure. She answered most of my questions but immediately googled any she couldn't. She went through the statutory form in quick speed time and ultimately accepted I was not going ahead with the purchase for the moment.
