Lauren was amazing

Dealt with an amazing lady called Lauren. She was able to show me the vehicle I wanted but due to the transmission I was unable to test drive it. However she managed to find the same vehicle just less seats for me to test drive. Didn't feel pressure into placing an order and was able to answer any questions I had regarding it. Was worth the drive as nowhere more local had what I was looking for unless I actually placed an order with them. The whole process was easy and left feeling very happy with the service received

Excellent service at Coventry Stellantis after purchasing a used car. Reception staff extremely helpful and corteous, mechanics very knowledgeable diagnosing brake judder cause No quibble new parts ordered and fitted at no cost car drives like new also thankyou to the valetting staff Many thanks your efforts are truly appreciated

DS4 Purchase Stellantis Birmingham North

I have just purchased a brand new DS4 from Stellantis & You Birmingham North. The whole experience from test drive through to vehicle handover was amazing - Dan Elliot the DS Concierge kept me updated at every stage of the process, even sending me videos of my car in the showroom. The DS4 is an amazing vehicle and Dan's patience and time running through all the controls and systems prior to driving away was a great help. I would recommend the car and showroom to anyone looking for a new car.
