Great Service from Harry in Coventry

Just bought a nearly new DS3 from the dealership in Coventry. Harry Hennessy was brilliant. Very polite, professional and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions, and explained the various finance options available very clearly to help me make an informed decision. Great service all round, would deffinetly recommend.

Having now been retired from the retail…

Having now been retired from the retail motor industry a while after nearly 50 years, I made a tentative step onto the 'other side of the fence' when looking to purchase a used Peugeot RCZ. I spotted a nice example of this on Robins and Day's website in Croydon. Anticipating the worse, I called and immediately spoke to a very well-informed salesman called Anthony Angear. From that moment on, everything happened smoothly and at my pace. Now living in France, I asked a trusted colleague who lives locally, to have a look on my behalf. He confirmed what I'd thought and a quick chat with Anthony a couple of days later cleared up all the very minor issues that had been noticed. The car was delivered personally by Anthony to a relative's home soon after and they have confirmed that everything was as it should be. I'm looking forward to flying over soon and driving it back. If all the staff that I had the pleasure of working with throughout my career had been as professional, my hair would not have gone so grey, so soon.

I was really impressed with the service I received at Robins & Day. Lee was excellent and really looked after me. When you go to huge car supermarkets and often feel like nothing more than a pay cheque to them, it’s really nice to get that one to one customer service. I would highly recommend this garage.

Harry was very professional and friendly and went through everything with me when I bought my Citroen C1. A perfect purchase and am not disappointed. I will definitely recommend Robins and Day to friends and family.

Good but could be better!

Initial visit to Robins & Day very positive - John was friendly and helpful, clear background info on the car. Financial negotiations were straightforward & efficient, although the financial background check failed to realise the outstanding finance on our car! Date/ time was set to collect car following Friday. On arrival at garage, John was engaged in a personal phone call on land line, then received another personal call on his mobile - rather unprofessional as we sat through his negotiations before the final signings for the car! I was also a little disappointed to find very little fuel in the car when we were told there would be a full tank. Similarly, starting the car after fueling to find a service light staying on which involved a return to the garage for a member of the service team wasn't great. Overall, our experience was positive & we're happy with the car ... professionalism just took edge off it!

First time of buying a non-registered car. The sales adviser Kyle was fabulous at talking though every step of the process, he was not pushy very helpful there other staff very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend using Robins & Day.
