I bought a car from Adam

I bought a car from Adam, Romford in September 2020. Although the car had a fault when I looked at it, he assured me it would be rectified when I collected the car. True to his word, the problem was rectified and the car is the best vehicle I have ever bought - I love it! And the price was also fantastic. I found Adam to be professional and courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you Adam for your excellent service! I'm sure I'll be back.

Zoe & David from Robins & Day Peugeot Sheffield helped me so much!

Excellent experience at Robins & Day Peugeot Sheffield on Penistone Road. Zoe and David got me into my new e-2008 super fast whilst sorting out a part exchange on my previous car. WOW what a brilliant experience for buying a car. After being concerned about buying a car during the covid19 pandemic I can safely say that Robins & day (Peugeot bristol) were both professional and responsible. Bought a used car

Bought a used car. Customer service was excellent. Felt valued by Jakob both before and after the sale. No pushy sale (I would have walked away). Video call to showed the car before purchase featured both the best and potential issues (scuffs) of the car so you felt well informed despite living under Covid restrictions. Got a follow up call a few days after purchase to check all was OK. Jakob was very personable and would happily buy another car through him.

Really happy with the customer service…

Really happy with the customer service and repair that was carried out today. A big thank you to Ben and the team. From the moment I rang the dealership to explain my predicament the staff were really courteous and helpful and got me sorted. They kept me up to date with what was happening and the vehicle check link was brilliant. What a lovely surprise as well to find that my car had been cleaned! Highly recommend.

Great customer service experienced so far during my purchase. Friendly staff who answered the many questions I had. I feel they gave me a very fair deal on the purchase I made. Evidence of this could be seen from the other quotes i received elsewhere for the same vehicle and spec which were more expensive.

Brilliant Service From Chris Ladesma

Dropped my wife's car in to fit a flexrail I had purchased off the internet. Chris Ledesma called me to say it was the incorrect part, he even had the technician available to speak to me, brilliant. I have dealt with Chris before and he has proved to be so polite, courteous and helpful, nothing is ever much trouble. Just picked up my Peugeot RCZ R from…

Just picked up my Peugeot RCZ R from Robins and Day in Hatfield after an MOT and Service. What an amazing experience from start to finish, enabled by Sally, whose faultless, can-do attitude was exemplary. As someone who needs the car for essential business during Covid, but with a vulnerable person at home, Sally put herself out to make sure that everything was safe, very socially distanced (she went out of her way to come out to arrange handover, paperwork in the car, vents closed, sanitised surfaces, etc.) and that feedback and communications were proactive and clear. Very much appreciated and a shining example of best practice! The service team did a great job (you get a video link sent to you showing any issues which you can approve online). We moved from another local Peugeot dealer to Robins & Day in Hatfield three years ago now and they are consistently excellent. Thank you!

Excellent service yet again

Please see following email sent to Robins and Day Morden. Hi Trevor Just a brief email to say "thanks al lot" for everything you did in organising the work today on the MOT and tyre. As always the whole process and customer service at the dealership was great, even with all the constraints and rules in place due to the Covid guidelines.
