Kristian was extremely personable and helpful. He took us through the process very easily and was obviously a good salesman in a non pushy way as we bought extras I hadn’t intended to! I W ould only say that the test drive would have been less stressful if the petrol light wasn’t on. WiFi would also be useful as I hadn’t thought to bring my driving license and had to ring my son to get the number. We unfortunately had a terrible experience buying our last car & Antony from Preston Robins & Day offered to help us out of our existing vehicle Antony put ourselves in touch with John Edwards & Gary from the dealership and they managed to trace a very rare car for ourselves They brought the car into the Preston branch then asked if I could collect the car a week later so they could get the car up to the standard that they thought would be acceptable During al, the time we have known this branch they kept in communication and let me know what was happening Even when Gary was on holiday he still kept in contact and even came into do the handover personally even though he was on annual leave The car when we collected on Saturday was like collecting a brand new car, and this vehicle has exceeded all expectations as has the service The experience at this dealership has been night & day compared to the poor service received elsewhere I cannot thank Antony, John & Gary for helping us find the perfect car for our family You are all a credit to your industry and Robins & Day / Peugeot, are lucky to have such great professionals working for them Respect ✊ Colin & Nichola Wood4 years agoRobins & Day have been professional and…
Robins & Day have been professional and helpful from the first time I called to enquire about a car they were advertising. They went above and beyond, bringing the car for me to see the vehicle and allowing me to make an informed decision about the purchase.
