The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll help customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional experience from enquiry to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations and vehicle proposals.
Explain finance, insurance and aftersales products compliantly.
Manage customer enquiries and follow-up activity.
Negotiate and agree sales solutions.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team success.

About You

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for customer service.
Drive and motivation to achieve targets.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
A positive and proactive approach.
A full UK driving licence.

Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential.
