I had to stop on my way home from work as the infotainment system screen had froze. Nothing was working. Neither were the piano keys - which operate the a/c and sat nav ect. I explained that I could not turn the engine off as I had been told previously that any errors needed to be "seen while they were happening". This time I was able to take them at their word. Somebody came straight out and had a look. They decided it needed to be seen by a technician and that this would need to be completed tomorrow. I explained that I needed my car for work. They were able to get the work completed straight away, while I waited. I thought this was extremely efficient and very good customer service. A special shout out to Kelly in the services department who really did get me out of a jam this afternoon!2 years agoExcellent customer service

I have bought numerous vehicles from this dealership and so it was the first place I visited when I was considering moving to an electric vehicle. The salesperson who helped me was Malcolm and he was superb. He explained with great knowledge the pros and cons of different models and options. I had many questions and he answered them quickly and in detail and nothing was too much trouble. I had no hesitation therefore in ordering my new car from him. I have had some teething issues, with the car not the dealership, but Malcolm, Gary and Chris are working to resolve them for me. I recommend this dealership.Leave us a review
