The staff were welcoming and friendly , I was I waiting whilst csr was ready .. I also had an appointment with a salesman Shaun who was very helpful and explained everything .. it was a positive experience and once my car was ready I was given the keys and told it had been washed and was parked up ready … this dealership I would recommend , after a couple of not so good visits I can now feel confident the team are back to above and beyond service !!!

I was greeted in a relaxed manner on arriving at the dealership. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the model that I was interested in and answered all my questions.
I requested details of the deal that had been offered and I didn’t feel under pressure to complete a deal on the day. On my return, the staff adjusted the quote that I had been given to reflect the different circumstances that I had provided to produce an affordable financial deal for the vehicle and factory fitted options that I had requested.
Talk to Luke
We went today looking for help and advice on getting a mobility car. We spoke to a guy called Luke. He couldn’t have been more helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he took the time to listen and then showed us the cars that he felt would be suitable for our needs. No question was too much for him. If you want someone friendly, helpful and willing to listen to you, talk to Luke.

Me and the wife went out for a drive and the traffic was bad, but we took the B roads as soon we can and started to head back after 1.5 hours driving, on the way back to showroom we had made our minds up.
The drive was luxurious. And this was a hybrid car. And we bought it.
