Outstanding customer service (in the end)

Bought a used car 1 year ago, and they were friendly and helpful at the time. The previous sales manager failed to follow through on the free servicing I was offered as part of the deal (usually confirmed via a personal email that I never received) Although initially refused, Reece the current Sales Manager at Birmingham Central has been amazing and has gone to great lengths to resolve the issue. Lesson learned - make sure you get everything in writing at the time before leaving the dealership! But also very grateful that there are still excellent examples of outstanding customer service - thank you Reece!

What can I say??? Amazing...customer service 10/10 from day one.. Donna Malpus was dealing with my car needs...after checking what car was worth on website I got a call From Donna and was talking and she was amazing that much so I went in next day after making an appointment and bought a car from the online showroom, she rang me with every update from start to finish.. and picked up my new car a week earlier than expected....thank you
