Nora one of your service agents was polite and very helpful. She booked the car in and was insistent to show my wife and I where we could wait in comfort. She kept us informed at all times. Right from the off, everything went great. Miles was wholly professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. On the day of purchase, everything was sorted out for me, ie the logbook, road tax etc. my new car was immaculate, and included half a tankful of petrol (unlike the thimbleful dealers normally give you). Citreon rang straight away after requesting a brochure although there wasn't a espace tourer to view and test drive I kind of expected it and wasn't bothered at all as I just wanted to order anyway. Brilliant service, Bruce managed to obtain my service visit on the day l requested. Whilst the service took place, Bruce kept me advised of the status, and had advised me of the cost and time it would take whilst l waited , and both the cost and time frame were delivered as Bruce had originally indicated.
