I was welcomed by Jo on the desk who hadl a lovely smile for early morning,and asked what time I would like to have my car back. I requested around 4pm so she said she would put 3 pm down and hopefully it would be done by then. My car was ready at 3pm washed and looked lovely. Car is running well after its service & MOT. Russell Baker was so helpful and friendly. He explained everything clearly about the purchase of the car and at no point did I feel pressured ( as I have done a previous garages). He has good knowledge of the cars and products on offer. He kept in touch during the sales process and helped with the admin bits.
