Apologies for the delay in leaving this review, the delay is NOT a reflection on the service I received at Robins & Day Liverpool. Previously I had a Peugeot 108. I Went into the showroom middle of June. Our journey started with Joe. From start to finish he was excellent. Without doubt the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and understood my needs and budget and gave the advice and recommendations to suit all of that! ! His follow up was also excellent! sending me emails throughout the process to keep me updated. Joe is a credit to the business and a true example of how a car salesman should be! so much so, My Fiancée has now booked in to come in and upgrade her car!! Excellent experience

I recently purchased a car at Robins and Day Peugeot in Glasgow and I am extremely happy with the whole process. Johnathan was the salesman who dealt with me the whole time, and he was excellent. Very friendly and professional. Any questions I had were answered and everything was explained to me each step of the way. Made the process very easy. Only issue I have had is unrelated to the Glasgow store, but I am still waiting for my £99 reservation fee to be refunded (the car was originally at another branch). Hopefully I'll get this back soon.

Fantastic experience

I bought my new, used car from Robins and Day in Sale over the weekend and I want to tell people how friendly and courteous the whole experience was. Paul Hart was the person who I dealt with, and he was the same person who my daughter dealt with in March, who I had initially me then. Paul was brilliant, he was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of the questions I had, infact he mentioned details I did not ask about but found very useful. He also helped me to find a brilliant payment scheme which was within the budget I had set. I cannot thank Paul enough for his help and advice, and would certainly recommend anyone to visit this showroom, and if you are lucky have Paul manage your visit. Thanks to all at R&D, but especially Paul.
