A very positive experience. Everything was explained clearly and every question answered - even if technical and outside of anticipated expertise (colleagues help sought). There was no pressure to secure the sale and every aspect was clearly explained. Overall deal agreed considered favourable and I look forward to receiving the vehicle next year (chips permitting!)

The car received a good annual service, which was explained clearly. Perhaps more staff could be placed at the front, to reduce customer wait times.

I went to Croydon Vauxhall and was served by Ahmed on my mobility car, Ahmed was absolutely fantastic his knowledge of your range of vehicles was amazing, I opted for the Vauxhall Grandland and ordered it there and then. There was no pressure by Ahmed to choose my car it was his knowledge on the cars I was looking at made me make my mind up there and then without even looking at any other makes, Ahmed is a credit to your company and I insist he receives my feedback as I will ask him when I ring him and if he hasn’t received my feedback I will leave feedback complaining about your treatment of your employees.
