From the time I rang to enquire about a new car Joseph was excellent from start to finish.
Excellent Service from Robins and Day
I cannot fault the excellent service I received at Robins and Day Vauxhall in Crawley from when I booked my car in to when I collected it once the work had been carried out.
On the day I was welcomed by a member of front of house staff, booked in and then offered refreshment. I was advised of the length of time it would take to complete the work and the price I would have to pay. Then I was given the option of waiting or being called when the work was done which was what I chose.
I received the call around the time specified and, before I paid the bill, elements of the Vehicle Health Check were explained to me.
Very pleased with all aspects.
Nearly forgot! My car had been cleaned inside and out too!

The best car dealership I have dealt with . They call back when they say they will, very efficient, friendly and above all have brilliant products to sale. The motability guy we dealt with was brilliant - cannot fault his professionalism. Highly recommend Robins and Day at Cribbs Causeway , Bristol.

Peugeot stockport called today offering my wife a new car in March, as her old one only arrived in March 21 we were intrigued so trundled up to Robins and Day. The upshot being that we were both offered (I also have a Peugeot) a great deal on two 2008s . Great service from Johnny , explained the deal , talked us through everything, highly recommended.
