Had a call off Richard regarding a PX of our vehicle for a brand new model.
Visited the showroom and handed over my drivers license which Richard promptly photocopied. All documents were in place and sent to myself via email within six hours and authorised. Received a follow up email saying new car in two weeks. Couldn't have been smoother this is the second time we have purchased off Richard and he is a pleasure to deal with.
