Customer Care at Stellanis
From the moment I arrived at Stellantis, yesterday morning, Iyaz was smiling and greeted me warmly. I already felt like a customer and not just a number on a piece of paper.
The MoT process at Stellantis was reasonably quick, as I patiently waited in the lounge area, whilst reading my book.
Iyaz kept me informed and promptly delivered the MoT paperwork, for my car, once the MoT was complete.
He then advised it would be a bit longer as they wished to give the car a clean, as a courtesy. Blimey, I thought!
Once cleaned Iyaz escorted me to reception to settle the invoice. This was a very quick process; the car keys were swiftly handed over to me
and I thanked Iyaz before I left for home.
In summary, I’d like to praise Stellantis but particularly Iyas, for his excellent customer care. During my visit he was the consummate professional and treated me as a valued customer. It was a pleasure to write a review of my visit to Stellantis, with a particular focus on Iyaz and his perfect demonstration of customer care.
