No pushy sales pitch just good honest knowledgeable advice.
No pressure to make a purchase and every detail explained in detail.
Comprehensive test drive (not just once round the block)
We spent the best part of 3 hours with this guy and at no point did we feel rushed to make any decision.
Genuinely felt like George wanted us to make the best decision for our needs and not just make the sale.
A refreshing change from the usual pushy salesperson only interested in the £ signs.
Excellent customer service from Anthony Visram
This was the first car dealership I visited on my recent trip for a new vehicle, and it was also the last visit a couple of months later. Why? Because the Sales Advisor, Anthony Visram, was helpful and friendly, but did not try and give it the hard sell - which I hate.
The only small issue was the waiting of the confirmation of my payment to go through, but I'm not sure if it was related to their accounts department, or the bank they use. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The car - I'm very pleased with too!
