Buying a car.

Phoned to make an appointment. It was a while before anyone phoned back. My husband had tried and then I tried, and eventually the appointment was made. The salesman then phoned to find out what car we wanted, the 208. When we arrived, the salesman had a car ready to test drive. He went through our options. Although we had intended to buy a nearly new car, the offer of a new car at 0% interest was too good to turn down. It was offer we didn't know about. Also they were expecting a new 208 within a couple of weeks so there wouldn't be a couple of months wait. Apart from the time it took to make an appointment, it was a very good experience.

Great service from Brodie - Thank You

I have been using this dealership for many years and would recommend them to anyone as they have always been really friendly, really efficient and always make our visits enjoyable. My wife took her car in today for a service and she received first class service from the new service chap Brodie. She was planning to wait in the dealership for a couple of hours while the work was being done but Brodie kindly arranged for a member of staff to drop her at the shops and picked her up again when the car was ready. Brilliant customer service Brodie (but you cost me a fortune). Only joking, thank you for looking after her so well. I look forward to my next visit in March for my service. Thanks again Brodie for going the extra mile. See you all soon.

Excellent work and support from the Robins & Day Service Team. They have always been very good at looking after my families vehicles but my recent experience was extra special. With my Insignia due a service & MOT during a period where I was attending daily hospital treatment they went the extra mile and collected the car, completed all the work and returned the car exactly to plan. Car was cleaned, paperwork exact and the communication throughout was perfect. Thank you to all the team for providing a reassuring service.
