Robert Chattwood was approachable and easy to chat to, listened to what I said about the spec I requested and the add ons. I was pleasantly surprised by the low upfront payment. As I also required hand control adaptations. Ordered my first Motability car, can't wait.

Russell made the purchase of our new car effortless. He is a very polite and well informed young man, who gave us all the relevant information that we needed and answered any questions that we had. Kevin was very professional, efficient and patient, nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service as all my questions were answered in a timely manner. He made the experience memorable and ultimately I now have my dream car !.
Unfortunately the forecourt was too congested and confusing, limited parking with too many cars for the space provided .
However, I highly recommend this company as those I encountered, including management, were friendly and even took time help organise my annual car insurance . All round good service needs to be commended.
