Positive experience
This is the first time we purchased a used car from Stellantis & You Coventry. We are not local to the area and could not view the vehicle in person. Kaz (the Sales Advisor) has always been helpful, friendly and professional. We were given a detailed video clip of the vehicle. Kaz answered all our questions putting our minds at ease. The overall buying process from enquiry to collection has been a positive experience. Keep up with the good work!

Very trustworthy and professional gentleman, takes time to ensure you are informed and understand the processes every step of the way, from first contact to handover and follow up calls to ensure you are happy. Cannot fault the service he has provided, twice now. Will be seeing him in four years time ????????????????

Fantastic Experience
I want to take a moment to express what a fantastic experience we had with Carl Monk. Even though we haven't made a car purchase yet, Carl went above and beyond by patiently sitting down with us and explaining the different types of finance options that would be best suited for our needs. This level of dedication stood out to us, especially after our disappointing encounters with five other garages. It felt like those other places were disinterested once they found out we couldn't make the purchase for another two weeks.
