Excellent Service This is the fourth time we have…

This is the fourth time we have purchased a car through Akeel Osman and the Robins & Day team in West London. We have been buying from them since 2009. My conversion to electric!

Dipesh Nakum was endlessly patient with my questions and concerns about buying an electric car. He kept me informed of the car’s progress from purchase to delivery and has even contacted me since to check that I am happy with my driving experience. I was particularly pleased that he was able to take me out when I collected the car to acclimatise to the automatic system etc. I would like to thank him for his patience and understanding of my concerns about ‘going electric’ I am so glad I listened to him as I am extremely happy with my new car.

Wasn’t sure if I was ready to upgrade my vehicle and booked an appointment to look at vehicle options and prices. Kara was very helpful, friendly and most importantly patient while I weighed up the many options for what would work best for our family and financially. She came in on a day off so we could have another look at a couple of cars and was always available to answer questions. I’m very happy with my new car, it feels like the right one for us and more so as it wasn’t a rushed or forced decision.

Totally different dealership to how it used to be

Bought a car from Robins & Day Birmingham north 5 years ago and vowed never to use them again, the service was awful. Sold a car with no V5 and the staff were so unhelpful (long story), and ended up getting the CEO involved so sort the whole mess out. However seen a car on the website that ticked all boxes for my husband. A bit of a long shot because my husband is Ford Mondeo through and through. Extremely dubious about using This dealership again, but decided to take a chance. We were booked in with Gazinder, who already had an appointment with a customer but went out of his way to accommodate us. Even driving there to look at the car, I still had the previous experience in the back of my mind (I’m clearly a person that holds a grudge lol). The standard of service provided by Gazinder was beyond first class, and I have to say I have never felt so valued as a customer. Even though it was past closing time, he took his time and explain everything really clearly to us. No pressure to buy whatsoever but his genuine passion for ensuring that we were well looked after as valued customers was extremely evident. I never thought I’d ever use Robins & Day again, and certainly never thought my husband would leave his beloved Ford Mondeo. The standard of service at this dealership has improved beyond recognition to how it was previously. Thank you Gazinder, you are a true gent, and thank you to you and the team for putting right everything that was once wrong about this dealership ????

We had help from gazinder today at peugeot and could not fault the service at all, everything went nice and smooth. He was very professional and very helpful, we are very pleased and would absolutely recommend to our family and friends. I didn't pop in to buy a car I popped…

I didn't pop in to buy a car I popped in to ask for some much needed help on a very cold day. I had broken down at the petrol station next door and needed a jump start. Shaun helped me out by getting my car started and bringing it to me whilst I sat and drank a hot drink. As a disabled woman who can ill afford to be stuck out in the cold I was so very grateful for his help. I am back in doors now in the warm thanks to Shaun. Your a star thank you. Dawn x
