I recently had the pleasure of using the service department at Stellantis, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, the team headed by Komul was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the service I received. Before bringing my car in, I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. Once I arrived at the dealership, the staff warmly greeted me and immediately got to work. They made sure to carefully inspect my car and identify any issues that needed attention. What really stood out to me was the level of communication throughout the entire process. The service advisors were in constant contact, providing regular updates on the progress of the repairs and letting me know about any additional issues that were discovered. They were always happy to answer my questions and explain the work that needed to be done. The repairs were completed quickly and effectively, and the team even went above and beyond to perform some additional maintenance tasks that I had requested. They also did a thorough cleaning of my car before returning it to me, which was a nice touch. While the Car was having a Full main service Viki the sales manager managed to arrange a few test drives on Newer models as well which was fantastic and not expected, I will definitely be going back to him for an upgrade. Overall, I cannot recommend Stallantis service department highly enough. They are a shining example of what customer service should be, and I feel confident that my car is in good hands with them.
