We had a very positive experience purchasing a used car from this dealership. Malcolm was helpful and knowledgeable about the car and process, without us ever feeling pressured into buying. Would recommend.

I bought a used peaugeot 5008 (2021) for ~29K on 29 April 2023. I had been looking for a peaugeot 5008 of about a year and a half and had devoted the Friday and Saturday to purchasing one. I had found the car that I wanted to buy online and it was about an hour away from me at a dealership I had looked round previously. I drove down on Friday and was a little late and this resulted in a miscommunication which meant I couldnt take the car for a test drive or really get going with the buying process. I am a bit of a wild man and lost it as the process hadnt been great and communication poor. Having gone a bit mad i was about to pack it in as I didnt want to purchase a car from a business that I thought didnt really want to sell me one. It was at this point that my customer experience changed - A saleman called Rikki intervened took me aside - was very apologetic explained the situation essentially saved the sale. Told me to come back the next day and the car would be ready to test drive and purchase On Saturday I came back and met Rikki and Mark who managed the sale process together - Mark took me out to see the car. The presentation was excellent. I was pleased about this as I had looked at a few used cars there a few months ago at this dealership and the cars tooday much cleaner. I'd said they were at 80% previously but at about 97% when I purchased - which for me was important. Even if you are buying an used car, if your spending ~29K you want to imagine that no one has used it before so the improvement in cleaning is great. Its not a deal breaker but I doubt we would have bought the car if had been as grubby as they were a couple of months ago - just my wife would have given me an earful on why I bought a dirty car. To be clear "dirty" is a bit of stones in the footwell - a bit of polish not rubbed off etc. I also did a part exchange which was a very smooth process. I'd googled the value on we buy any car for my part exchange which was about 12K. Im not a moron and assumed that it would always be clipped given I have three kids and it had a few dinks. The value they provided I was very happy with - I thought they were fair and straight talking All in all would really recommend this dealership when dealing with the two guys I dealt with.

Friendly reception Chris Ledema looked after me the mechanics spotted the faults and filmed the car where it needed attention,,, phoned me back to explain the costs and if I’d liked to go ahead with the repairs the only problem I would say is car parking facilities very very very tight over there they need to do something

Great service from Stellantis & You in Preston from the start right through to the end when purchasing the car. John the sales manager was excellent and ensured the car was perfect prior to arrival and made sure everything was right before leaving. I couldn’t thank him enough. David took all payments and made the process comfortable. Thanks very much again! I would recommend to a friend!

Fast and efficient and very pleasant

We found a car on autotrader and contacted Stellantis & You Peugeot and a gentleman called David answered and dealt with us from start to finish, we travelled from Barrow in furness to Preston to look at the car and straight away we were in love with it and wanted to purchase the car, David was a fantastic salesman, never pushed us to buy anything we didn't want, only wanted to accommodate us with what we wanted and were happy with, any extras he gave us the full details of what they were and didn't push us to purchase unless we wanted, he found a little dint on the car which he was unaware of and straight away arranged it to go to the body shop for repair, he said he would call us the next day to see how the car was and we got home safely and that is what he did, amazing service from David and we would 100% recommend him to anyone who asked us about a vehicle or our vehicle as we cannot fault his services and kindness.
