Brilliant service.

The staff at Stellantis & You are friendly and helpful. They deserve every one of the 5 stars i've given them. Every time I have gone there, whether it's to have my car serviced or upgraded, they have always explained everything to me and have always answered all my questions.

Friendly helpful staff I dealt with Michael the manager, Marios and Walid and Oz they are a brilliant team. Loval to each other and made my new car sale easy. I do recommend them .

The vehicle was taken in for scheduled MoT and service shortly after I arrived,and I was informed when the work had been carried out. All seemed to be satisfactory and I was given ""advisories" about the tyres, which are probably the originals, and which will need replacement in due course. I was happy to have this information. Divek looked after things well!

It took a few months for the car to arrive in the UK, but Jay kept a great line of communication and updated me every step of the way. After my car arrived in the UK, i was contacted by Matthew, who arranged the time and date for the collection and was kind enough to book in for the morning slot before I started work. On collection day, I arrived there with my wife and two babies. i met Matthew, who truly the epitome of professionalism, demonstrated an unwavering commitment to understanding my specific needs and preferences. His knowledge and expertise were apparent, as he enthusiastically answered every question and provided me with valuable insights into my car features and capabilities. He prepared all the paperwork beforehand, so it took less than two minutes, which saved me time. Furthermore, before leaving the dealership, my wife and I couldn't install the baby car seat and asked for assistance. Luckily the manager, Nick offered help and tried to set it up to no avail, as the one we bought seemed defective ( Amazon ). He kindly offered us his personal car seat to use temporarily until we found another. That is where the team get their sense of initiative and dedication to customer satisfaction working with such a fantastic manager.
