Friendly and helpful sales team. Sam in the sales team sent a personalised video of the vehicle I was interested in prior to my appointment which allowed me a better feel if the vehicle than the online photos of the car which was really usually and a nice touch2 years agoA superb experience
My partner and myself, are looking to purchase our first electric car, and as such embarked on looking at a number of different models in order to decide what would be the best fit for us. We visited the Stellantis & You Peugeot dealership in Nottingham, and were dealt with by Gary Seagrave. What a superb experience it was, and such a refreshing change from what we encountered elsewhere. Gary despite being aware we weren't at the point of purchase, showed us a number of different models to help us narrow our choice, answering all our questions in a relaxed and informative manner, explaining exactly all the things we needed to know about owning an electric vehicle. It was such a relaxed experience, and we cannot recommend Gary highly enough. Once we are ready to purchase, we know who we will be heading to see!2 years agoI can't recommend Jake enough

I was called and given the report for my car. Secondly I was offered pay assist and this suited me well. The mechanic advised me of the priority repairs and also this allowed me to start budgeting for the next service.2 years agoWonderful service

I received the usual high standard of service and attention when I put my car in for an interim service and MOT. Some repair work was identified, which I had expected after some comments were made after my last service visit. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Karandeep Sohal (Kaz) After recently deciding to downsize I made initial contact with my local Coventry Stallantis & You. I was contacted by Sales Advisor Karandeep Sohal (Kaz). After mentioning my concerns which were quietly and patiently listened to by Kaz then he explained everything to me. Kaz set to work and found a lower mileage secondhand model that suited my needs and took me on a demonstration trip. Then sorted all the confusing paperwork incl decent part-exchange price, tax refund, service and warranty package and 7-day free insurance cover which allowed me to drive home and alter my own policy.
