100% amazing service

After a bad experience yesterday ata different dealership, I came in today to look at a new car. The customer service from, John in Nottingham, was absolutely amazing. 5 star. Coffee as soon as I entered, kindly offered by a different guy. Sadly did not get his name. The professional approach, care and respect given was beyond expectations.

I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from Devon at Stellantis, Crawley, a fortnight ago and was very impressed with the whole service provided from start to finish. The car went back in today to have a couple of small scratches seen to and Devon went above and beyond and sorted a couple of things that I hadn't even noticed. Now that's what I call service.

Professional and compassionate …

Took a long time to get an appointment to resolve issues other garages could not fix. But worth the wait. The team were excellent- great communication, high level of professionalism and a lot of care and consideration. Kasia in particular showed such compassion.

I have amended my previous negative review, with a positive update. I’ve spoken to Sam and he is going to look into the issue and rectify it for me, which is massively appreciated. I’ve been to Peugeot Stockport a lot of times since getting my car and have been very happy with the services and how helpful everyone is, nothing is too much trouble. They also don’t leave you waiting weeks for work and fit you in asap which is helpful too! Despite my experience last week, I won’t hold it against them as it’s now been rectified beyond my expectations and they clearly care about their customer base and want to do the best. Thank you!
