Just got home from picking up our new car. Lorraine is a credit to Birmingham Central so relaxed and helpful made us comfortable she didn't pressure us into anything. She was reassuring when we where waiting for funds and put my mind and worries at rest when things didn't come through in time

Buying a new car was a smooth process. We dealt with Kaz, who was very helpful and us informed throughout the buying process.

I reserved the car on Tuesday, and drove away on Wednesday. He went above and beyond to make this happen as I didn’t have a car before this purchase and was in need of a reliable car.

Have used Garages and main dealers for my many cars up and down the country since 1971.
Service has varied from very poor to satisfied.
From my first call to Stellantis &You to book my car in for a problem. Right up to receiving my repair invoice, I have been so impressed by the staff that have dealt with me.
Can’t believe how useful the form I received by text prior to my appointment was, asking me to describe the problem I was having with my intermittent playing radio.
This obviously saved time on the day, as the technician was able to understand a little more of what the problem was, instead of starting from scratch and wasting his time (and mine) looking for a fault that wasn’t happening at that particular time.
My thanks goes out to both Ian Pepper and Connor Brighton, who had a great report with me and kept me up to date with the repair.
I was ( and still am now) so impressed by the whole set up of Stellantis &You a d how they deal with their customers.
