My car (Peugeot 207 Sport) broke down…

My car (Peugeot 207 Sport) broke down on Saturday 23rd December and was escorted to Stellantis by an AA technician who informed Ian Peeper (customer adviser) that the clutch master or slave cylinders were the probable cause of the breakdown. Ian said that a repair was likely to be carried out in the new year. Ian arranged a courtesy car which I could use till the following Saturday which I appreciated greatly so we could get about during the festive period. Then on the Wednesday first day back after Christmas I was informed that the parts were ordered and my car would be ready on the following Saturday when I brought the courtesy car back. Ian and the other staff involved in getting my car back on the road did a great job and I was really impressed at the timely repair that was carried out on my vehicle but not only did they get my car back on the road at a difficult time of year but they also provided the courtesy car which saved our Christmas for us as we had booked a Christmas meal in Leeds. So I would just like to say a big thank you to Stellantis for loaning the car and also getting my car back on the road as quick as they did. Special thanks to Ian Pepper as he was most helpful. Helpful and efficient service managers

Both Jameel and Jonas were prompt in helping us check our Peugeot 208 in for pre-arranged work, and throughout the day, too. As far as we can see, the work was done efficiently. We particularly appreciated the cup of tea & coffee offered as we'd just used public transport to get there on a chilly winter's day, thanks.

Felt my car in good hands

From booking to completion of the work the service provided was very professional, informative and friendly. I felt the whole team went out of their way to solve the issue with the car as well as recommending a few other preventative issues to be rectified in a trustworthy and honest manner. Will use garage again.

Engine Power Reduced

My Vauxhall Astra had a message saying engine power reduced and my EML light was on. Prior to my Vauxhall visit, I took my car to another garage unfortunately the problem wasn't rectified. So I took it to the experts they listened to my concerns regarding the problems I was having, and after explaining what the problems could be they fixed my car. It is now running perfectly. I can now enjoy driving my car

Despite a few problems with the call…

Despite a few problems with the call centre team this was quickly resolved by the Prabhjivan Sira who was lovely and very helpful throughout and his manager. The car and delivery of the vehicle was excellent, despite us being some distance away so very pleased with it. Many thanks. J Brewer

5 star ⭐ treatment can be acheaved

The way they dealt with explaining to me a Deaf customer, each part of the programme to me Face to face. Then when phoning me to see if I was happy with the work done ???? I informed them that the console in my car had been damaged, two engineers came to my house ???? & repaired it. This is what I call customer satisfaction, to be honest after the trouble I've had with my WAV Rifter over nine months it was a Welcome ???? to know someone is listening to the customer.
