I have a 5 year service plan which was purchased when the car was bought new. Each time they book you in (via a call centre) though, you are asked if you would like to purchase various add ons, and you are made to feel as though they are necessary, why? Surely they would be part of the service plan if they were important. My 3 year service and MOT were arranged and even though I told them I didn't want any add ons when it came to paying they tried to invoice me for some. After some discussion they were credited by the manager (even the MOT which was part of the plan). I have always found the customer service etc. okay and would recommend them after my experience. Service reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed on the progress of my car. I arrived back to the dealership early but was able to spend time sitting and reading in the very comfortable waiting area. Great Service from Dan Elliott when we visited the dealership in Tyburn Road, Birmingham Went into the dealership to look at a secondhand DS3 Etense, ended up purchasing a brand new DS3 Etense via Dan Elliott Dan made the process straight forward and easy, couldn't believe how simple it was and Dan was caring, thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process Dan also kept me up to speed with the whereabouts of the car before it eventually landed Couldn't have purchased a new car from such a lovely guy and nothing was too much trouble for Dan Fully recommend the DS3 Etense (electric) and dealing with Dan Elliott at the Tyburn Road DS dealership Thank you Dan for all your help and will be back to speak with you about another one in a few years time Many thanks again and speak to you soon James1 year agoGreat experience.
