01.07.2025- My car went in for service + MOT today at Stellantis (Brentford). The customer service agent Evans Sofeda took care of me from start to finish. He was very professional, extremely curtious and kept me informed from the moment I arrived. He sent me regular updates via phone messaging. Nothing seemed too much of an ask for him, he was always ready to help and assist me his customer by answering my questions and put me at ease with my concerns. As I work in the airline industry where customer service is 'king' in everything we do and I can say he would fit in very well in the airline industry culture! The professionalism of Lara our Sales Exec was first rate as was the preparation of our s/h C3. After some negotiation we struck a good part exchange deal leaving my wife and I feeling we had been listened to. The only negative was an apparent need to go through the full gamut of finance options and conditions despite the fact we made it clear we were paying cash. Let's face it: Sales advisers in car dealerships don't always get the best press - Do they? My wife and I went to look for a P/E to a newer Peugeot model on 29.06.2024, We dealt with John Ioannou to look at options for a new vehicle. Not only was he considerate, honest and above all helpful but it was that service which decided us to complete the purchase, there and then. Just a shout out for John and the really good service he gave us. I know that in main dealerships one often does not get the optimum possible finance arrangements but in this case we did! All in the salesroom were friendly and extremely helpful. The salesperson supporting us was Russell Baker and he was absolutely brilliant, explained everything clearly, but was never pushy. He knows they've got a good product, so simply guided us and let us make our choice. After the initial meeting he was always easily contactable and nothing was too much trouble.
