Lauren was fabulous

Recently went in the Selly oak branch to look at a used car, spoke to a salesman called Rashid even though he had not been there long was very good at what he does , we found a car and went through options for extras and finance without being pushy , we went away to think about it and when we got back the car was sold but we found another one in Manchester he arranged it to be delivered to Selly oak and still without commitment to buying it ,when the car was delivered about 3 days later he had it inspected to check everything was OK which it was and he sorted out the paperwork and insurance to drive it away , I found the whole experience easy and Rashid made it all go smoothly and would not hesitate to go back if I ever do change my car

Customer Care at Stellanis
From the moment I arrived at Stellantis, yesterday morning, Iyaz was smiling and greeted me warmly. I already felt like a customer and not just a number on a piece of paper.
The MoT process at Stellantis was reasonably quick, as I patiently waited in the lounge area, whilst reading my book.
Iyaz kept me informed and promptly delivered the MoT paperwork, for my car, once the MoT was complete.
He then advised it would be a bit longer as they wished to give the car a clean, as a courtesy. Blimey, I thought!
Once cleaned Iyaz escorted me to reception to settle the invoice. This was a very quick process; the car keys were swiftly handed over to me
and I thanked Iyaz before I left for home.
In summary, I’d like to praise Stellantis but particularly Iyas, for his excellent customer care. During my visit he was the consummate professional and treated me as a valued customer. It was a pleasure to write a review of my visit to Stellantis, with a particular focus on Iyaz and his perfect demonstration of customer care.
