Great Motability experience

Had to renew my Motability vehicle and from start to finish I felt like a valuable customer. No hard sell, easy to schedule a test drive on the day and Ribert, the Motability specialist, ran through the whole process really clearly and friendly. He was great at communicating updates after I placed my order and scheduled my first electric vehicle to be collected after my charger was installed giving me peace of mind. He's also very funny and friendly.
