We had excellent dealings with Beth in the Service Department at Hatfield. Our C3 Aircross developed a fault on the main computer and Beth couldn't have been more helpful. The car was in the garage for 3 weeks awaiting a new component from France. Beth very quickly obtained a courtesy car for us and kept us well informed by ringing and messaging every few days. Thanks a lot Beth.

Fabulous service from sales and service desk

First time we have been to the new premises at Cribbs and it didn’t disappoint . My 3008 was in for a service with new brakes front and back with also a MOT done on it. Car was booked in for 9.30am was returned at 1.45pm which was quicker than the original time given. While the car was in the workshop we were in the showroom looking at new cars. We approached Nick who wasn’t pushy at all he answered all our questions and concerns and made the experience less daunting. All the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Incredible service and support from Tim Farrow when purchasing my new car. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sorted the admin on my old car from sorting the new log book/registration doc to getting my overpaid road tax back. Brilliant!
