Vehicle servicing, repair and preparation
As a Master Technician, you will act as a key technical expert within the workshop, responsible for delivering high quality vehicle repairs, servicing, and preparation. You will carry out advanced diagnostics and mechanical work across a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer and company standards.
A key part of the role will involve inspecting vehicles thoroughly to identify any additional faults or maintenance requirements, providing accurate diagnoses and carrying out repairs that ensure reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Master Technician Roles
You will work closely with a skilled team of technicians and service advisors, supporting workshop efficiency and maintaining high technical standards. Using modern diagnostic equipment and the latest workshop technology, you will help resolve complex issues while ensuring every vehicle is prepared to the highest standard.
Your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will play an important role in delivering a professional service and a positive experience for every customer.

We’re currently seeking Vehicle Technicians, Service Technicians, Diagnostic Technicians, MOT Testers, and Master Technicians to join our team. The minimum requirement for these positions is an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology from IMI or City & Guilds Level 2.
If you have these qualifications but have limited or no practical experience, we’d still love to hear from you!
