After a very long process with a lot of ongoing issues I am extremely pleased to say my car has been repaired. The person dealing with a very complex and detailed problem, Elaine Langford, was very polite, helpful, understanding and extremely professional throughout a very long journey. Picked up my new GT peugeot 2008 after a long wait and finding out the wrong colour was delivered. The order paperwork was all correct it was at the factory the colour was changed this was disappointing at first but the liverpool dealship Paul did everything he could to resolve the issue and I accepted the colour which was grey that should have been orange.
