Friendly & Professional
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales staff (Tim Farrow). The decision to buy was made based on the helpful information provided and freedom to look around the car / test drive it. At no stage did I feel any sales pressure, infact the opposite, to such an extent I felt it would have been easy to walk away at any stage.
The facilities were also very informal and relaxing which helped make the sales process enjoyable.
