We can not say enough about the Amazing support and customer service we have received from Kent, he is so knowledgeable about the vehicles and gave us so much information that made our decision so much easier, we had an awful experience a few days earlier from the Liverpool Dealership and we only went to try Stellantis in Sale because we really loved the Peugeot 2008, We had booked an appointment and travelled to Liverpool to then. E left for an hour because noone who admit to speaking to us on the phone when we booked the appointment. After the hour wait the initial salesman we spoke to said oh right I remember now I spoke to you. The experience with the Liverpool Peugeot dealership was atrocious and we left feeling let down. We decided to try Stellantis in Sale and that's the best thing we could have done they went above and beyond for us. They had time to tell us everything we needed to know and helped us make our decision to get our new car from Stellantis Peugeot in Sale. They made us feel at ease and respected. We received a call from Malcolm to say our car would be ready to collect but Kent was on holiday, when we got there we got the same amazing customer service that we had experienced previously with Kent. Malcolm and the sales manager gave us peace of mind and made the collection of our new car so smooth. We were thanked for our custom and we thanked them for truly going above and beyond.Leave us a review
