Abi on Service Reception booked car in at a convenient time and made all the relevant arrangements. Car was collected/returned as arranged without hassle and the driver was very friendly and courteous. Car was returned very clean and tidy, service booked stamped etc., with all relevant paperwork8 months agoCar buying made pleasant.
I was invited to a VIP event back in July but the interest rate at the time made it too costly. After the interest rate dropped, I was called and after visiting the showroom again a deal was done. Through all this the staff were helpful in meeting my needs and a car of the right kind was already in stock. Joseph was particularly helpful in explaining the documentation and ensuring that it was understood. Although it was a necessarily lengthy process, all ran smoothly and I drove away in a brand new car at the end of it. Joe was professional and courteous throughout, can't fault him. The services we received from Romford Peugeot was excellent. Shaun and Dipesh were our sales agent and point of contact throughout. They truly listened and not only catered for our needs but helped with a smooth purchase of our 2 new vehicles. Never had to repeat myself shows they work as a team and got to know their customers and have great communication skills. Very professional but also made us feel very special. Chris received me with a smile and explained the process to me. He gave me an approximation of how long the service will take and also showed me an area where I could sit and work while waiting for the service to be done. An hour in, Steven noticed that I was struggling with my laptop on the sofa and offered me a desk. The desk made life a lot easier for me. The coffee machine makes very nice coffee and I had 2 latte's, in the 2.5 hours I was at the premises. When the service was done, Chris came back and explained the next steps. A part has been ordered and the dealership will call me to arrange when to bring it in, for the part to be replaced. There was a complimentary car was, which I was pleased with.
