I’ve just bought a Peugeot 308SW GT… LOVE IT!
I’ve just bought a Peugeot 308SW GT from Robins & day, This was the first time I’d had any kind of dealings with Robins & Day, specifically their Glasgow branches but I’m sure it won’t be the last. I first enquired about a 1.5 GT line in Glasgow and spoke to the very helpful and patient Joe Donnelly but after having a test drive in a local branch, (we live around 4.5-5 hours north of Glasgow) so ‘popping in’ for a test run isn’t so easy, we decided it was lacking in power for us so opted to go for the 2 litre GT model but after speaking to joe about this we discovered 1 of the only ones in the country was at a Robins & Day garage in Heathrow. It was then delivered to Glasgow where we viewed this stunning example of the 308SW which we subsequently bought and are absolutely delighted with. From the first point of contact to the viewing and collection of the car, Joe was in contact with us the whole time regarding price, delivery, times, nothing was too much hassle, I’ll definitely be back to this branch.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy particular a Used Car as this is what I did, the used car sales team were brilliant, all the details were clear, they did not push me to buy the car and the Sales Executive Adam was spot on, would use again. I had one of the best experience with Robin's & day romford. The reception what fabulous I felt comfortable that I felt important, I went in with a probability to buy a car and my experience with the sales advisor made me purchase my car immediately. They are very sincere and always advice you on their best products.
I wanted a particular specification of Peugeot which was not available in their shop. Bu they did everything they could to get me my desired specification. I will love to continue buying all my cars for the future from Robins&Day Romford.
Friendly and helpful.
Sam who we dealt with was very friendly and helped us to assess the best car options for us and was not pushy for a sale at all. There is a good selection of cars. My only criticisms would be that not all the cars were in a very clean condition and whilst they are valeted before you collect them it can be off putting when viewing. The used car sales department are housed in a portacabin out in the used car storage area which is not a great first impression as it feels like you have walked into a sole traders used car lot (hence 4 stars and not 5) That said I did purchase a car and am very pleased with it.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Bought a second hand car and was not pressured at all. Taken for test drive and even negotiated a small discount.
Car had a few scraps on bumper and wheels and they agreed to fix this too.
Over all pleased I went to a main dealer and would recommend Robins and Day Romford
