Great online information from Pippa before visit to showroom. Met Jack Brooks and Pippa on day who helped sort Test drive and answer all questions needed. No hard sell at all, made sure best deal for myself in which Purchase was made.

A special mention must go to Lisa Lock, the Motability Specialist. She said ‘take your time, it’s very important that you pick the car that’s right for you’ very early doors. Which was music to my ears after getting the hard sell at a few other dealerships. I can only speak for sales, not picked the car up yet so no idea about servicing / repairs yet.
